	In 1982, Intercom was established by 2 founders, IT engineer and registered accountant to develop PC-based advanced communication software. Our first product,"FALCON" is PC-Host integration supporting connection to IBM, Fujitsu and Hitachi mainframe computers. As a result of installation of more than 1 million client licenses and 2,845 foreign & domestic corporations, it was best selling software, and is well-distributed as of now. For consumer market, "MYTALK" was produced as PC communication, "MYTALK FAX" as PC to FAX communication software. With remarkable 500 thousand shipment record of "MYTALK", it got numerous awards. The greatest of them all is 1st prize of "User's Choice PC Best Software Award in the field of communication software " for 9 consecutive years from 1988 to 1996 sponsored by Nikkei Business Publications, Inc. With more than 3 million shipment record, "MYTALK FAX" got 1st prize of "BCN award in the field of communication" for nine consecutive year from 2001 to 2010. For the past 25 years, not only above two products,"FALCON" & "MYTALK" but also various sorts of communication software was developed, produced and then released in the market. Among products, there are EDI for B to B server, CTI, Fax Server, Communication Middleware, presently reorganized IP based software to meet changing times. Through closer and more cooperative relations with more than 30 partners(Dealer/Reseller), we will continue to distribute our products and service to enterprise, government and other public offices, schools and so on. Through strong-established distribution channel through our distributors, our products are sold at more than 1,500 PC General Merchandising Store covering three largest cities, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka. Through our online shopping site, called "Intercom Direct" and other online shopping site, we will advance providing our products by package & download to potential and existing customers. In conclusion we advance Global Strategy collaboration with not only Japanese Partners but also Foreign Partners in United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Korea, Taiwan and China and etc.

	Middlewares supporting industry-standard various communication protocols such as JCA(Japanese Chain Store Association), BSC and Z protocol(Japan Banking Association). With Biware, application softwares supporting communication protocols can be easily developed.

MYTALK FAX

Web-based Wage Slip

MYTALK-FAX Center
	FAX-server software with maximum 72 lines. This software interacts well with business system in various function and API. It can use fax on redundant servers. And provides a high available fax-system.

MYTALK FAX Server
	Well-interacted with Business system, it can automatically send FAX by extracted CSV file. Number display function enables automatically sorting incoming FAX with maximum 8 lines. Efficient document management provided through PDF Conversion. In case of server failure, administrator is noticed via e-mail immediately.

MYTALK VoiceFAX Center

Super File Recovery

Fast-Easy Data recovery software will recovers deleted files emptied from the Windows Recycle Bin, or lost due to the format of a hard drive, unexpected system shutdown or temporary file.
